Viktoria's research and advisory practice on distribution for AI rollups: which customer bases are worth buying, and how the customers a rollup acquires become an information advantage. Since January 2026 she has advised about ten AI rollups and the investors behind them on go-to-market, acquisition sourcing and US expansion.
